So what is "The Central Nervous System"?

This is the part of the nervous system concerned with the interpretation and analysis of nervous information (impulse) transmitted from sensory neurons triggered by stimuli. The Central Nervous System is composed of the Brain and the Spinal Cord.

The brain deals with the whole concept of thoughts. It is the translator of the things that surround us, and the origin of control over body movement. The spinal cord is the part of the CNS that extends from the medulla oblongata (on the lower part of the brain) down the spinal column. It deals with all the reflex reactions (the Reflex Arc) and it's where all the spinal nerves converge to.
